Club notes

Béal an Átha Móir Seán Ó hEislin

Athbhliain faoi Mhaise Daoibh

2019 had highs and it had lows, we lost those dear to us and welcomed new club mates.

We won games and lost some, we never gave up.

As we say good bye to 2019 we would like to take a moment to remember those we lost, a moment to Remember the good times and the not so good, times that have made us stronger and united on and off the field.

To all of our supporters, members and players we thank you for your support in 2019 and look forward to that continued support in 2020.

Happy new year to you all !!!

Irish Conversation Classes in Ballinamore Library

Ballinamore Library’s Irish classes are regarded as being some of the most successful in the country with big numbers attending and a most entertaining atmosphere. The Conversation classes, or Ciorcail Comhrá, are now in their thirteenth season and are hugely popular every year.
Full range of classes in Ballinamore Library on Tuesdays at 8.00pm. There are separate groups for relative beginners, for those who have some Irish and for those who are fluent. These classes are a great opportunity to practice the Irish you know and to improve it. Also, Leaving Cert or transitional year students will find it useful for practice for their Irish orals. Classes are free of charge and will run for 10 weeks to mid-March. Starting next Tuesday 7 January 2020 at 8.00pm. Seo seans chun an Ghaeilge a labhairt. Beidh fáilte romhat
