Senior Championship

A fantastic performance on Sunday by the senior team in the quarterfinal clash against Drumreilly. The lads were a goal up after only 50 seconds and never looked back. There was some Fantastic scores and play from the lads in a very solid performance. Next up for the lads will be against Mohill with a place in the final up for grabs. This match will be in the 30th of September in pairc Sean at 16:00

Best of luck also to our junior lads who have a semi final of their own this weekend against Fenagh. The lads will be in action in Drumshanbo at 1730 this Saturday. Hopefully you can all make it to cheer the lads on.

MacDiarmada Gaels

Our u17 were in action last Friday in the championship final replay against St Mary’s it was a great performance by the lads who unfortunately lost by a single point. The lads should take heart in the fact that they put in a fine performance on the day and over the course of the season and were deserving finalists. Hopefully this great bunch of lads will be in many more finals over the coming years and will get the victory they deserve. A special word of thanks to the lads for the great football and evenings out we have had watching them and also special thanks to the selectors and management team.

Best of luck to our u15 lads who will be starting their championship campaign this Saturday when they are away to Glencar Manor at 12:00.

St Felims Ladies Minor final

Well done to the minor girls who put in a fantastic display on Friday night under the floodlights in Cloone against Allen Gaels in this years. The girls won by a score of 2:11 to 0:07 and looked to be always in control in a match with great football played by both the teams. Well done to the management and all of the players on a fantastic achievement.
